- Management reporting under Sarbanes-Oxley Sections 302 and 404.

- Maintenance of general ledger; invoicing, receivables and payables processing, cash management
- Month end closing procedures including reconciliations, consolidations, inter-company eliminations, cost allocations, job costing, grants and budgeting.
