• Management reporting under Sarbanes-Oxley Sections 302 and 404.
• Internal financial reporting aggregated to help management make informed business decisions by region, product lines, locations, cost centers and others.
• Governmental and Not-for-Profit reporting under GASB 34 & 35.
• Accounting Operations
• Maintenance of the general ledger; payroll processing, tax remittances, invoicing, receivables and payables processing, cash reconciliations.
• Month end closing procedures including reconciliations, consolidations, inter-company eliminations, cost allocations, job costing.
• Analysis, Research & Budgeting
• Forecasting and budget preparation; business performance analysis based on value metrics, industry benchmarks, financial ratios and budget to actual.
• Research of new and existing accounting statements issued by the FASB, SEC and other professional organizations.
